Designed by restaurateur Kevin Aoki, the 5,000-square-foot restaurant draws inspiration from the vibrant alleyways of Shibuya and Shinjuku, featuring floating lanterns, neon accents, Buddha statues, reclaimed wood furnishings, a spacious sushi bar, and an inviting outdoor lanai. Guests can enjoy an extensive selection of sushi, grilled dishes, vegan and vegetarian options, handcrafted cocktails, and Doraku favorites such as Garlic Hamachi, Spicy Ahi Tuna Deluxe Maki, and tableside Wagyu Steak Fried Rice.
